Lara Dalch is creator and host of She Knows the Way, a podcast about deciding what’s next when doing what’s expected no longer feels right.

With 15+ years of experience in communications, media production, marketing, content strategy, and leadership development, Lara also develops and produces audio projects for purpose-driven organizations of all sizes. She has a particular passion for projects that amplify the voices and stories of women––including Black Her Stories, produced in partnership with social impact organization Nourish; and Fast Company’s Ambition Diaries (coming Fall 2022).

Lara holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia. She has designed and instructed courses in digital marketing for the University of Washington’s Continuum College. Lara is also a leadership trainer and coach.

In her spare time, Lara is likely experimenting in the kitchen, traveling to far off places, cajoling friends into having brunch, or going for a run or hike in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
